Return/Exchange Policy
Refunds
We know it’s a tough business shopping online. You’re not always going to be happy with your purchase, so we are more than happy to provide you with a return or an exchange.
Returns are accepted for full refund within 7 days of merchandise delivery date, so please be sure to contact us within those 7 days if you have any issues with the order. If that time period has passed or if items are not returned in the condition they were sent out in (items unworn and unwashed), unfortunately we can not offer you a refund. Before purchasing we encourage you to refer to the sizing chart on each product's description before placing an order. Please email us with more information if you are hoping to make a return!

- Name on the Order
- Order Number
- Explaination of the issue/request
- Provide applicable photos if possible.
Rules
- Exchange/Refund requests must be made within 7 days of receiving your item.
- Returns/Exchanges will not be processed until the items are returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Customers are liable for their own postage costs.
- Customers are liable to pay for any cost difference if they wish to exchange for a more expensive item.
- We will not refund the difference of an exchange if a customer wishes to exchange for a cheaper items
Defects And Damages
All pieces are inspected prior to dispatch, however if your item has been damaged in transit or you see a manufacturing defect, please don’t hesitate to contact us through our contact form and we can help you out :)
CancellationsTo cancel an order, you must let us know within 2 hours of when the order was placed. We will do our best to cancel any orders after this period but once production begins we can no longer cancel the order.
