WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We ship our products worldwide. Please note, customers outside of the US are responsible for all customs and additional shipping fees.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE AN ORDER?
Processing time is 3-7 business days. US and Canada orders take 3-7 business days to arrive and all other international orders can take 7-20 days. We do not ship out on holidays or weekends.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order is packaged, we send it out through owl post to get it delivered to you. A tracking number will be sent via email.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS LOST OR DOESN’T ARRIVE?
Feel free to contact us if your owl is taking longer then usual to deliver your package and we will try our best to help you out the best we can. Please note once the package starts shipping we are not responsible for any delays and/or lost items as those will be the responsibility of the postal service thereafter. You will need to use your tracking number to contact the postal service directly.
